How We Work
Our Technologies
One of the key advantages of RRE lies in its technology and high level of expertise. We have a wide repertoire of printing industry solutions that allows us to match every printing task and need with the technology with which the given task can be carried out ideally (i.e. in terms of quality, speed and cost).
We are almost unique in the domestic market in terms of the quality of our machinery.
Why is this important to you? In short: because you get a more aesthetic and better end result, at lower costs.
What Do We Print?
Our Product Categories
We specialize in two main areas, which can be found in practically every industry: roll and self-adhesive labels, and foil printing (flexible packaging)..
At the domestic level, we have one of the largest capacities and most modern Swiss-made machinery. For this reason, we can serve our customers’ needs only within 24-48 hours!
Specialized, Advanced Equipment Fleet
3 Core Technologies
To achieve economical and visually appealing end results, packaging material printing must be done using equipment specifically optimized for this purpose.
We specialize exclusively in label and packaging material production, and every piece of equipment in our technological fleet is dedicated to this goal. In recent years, we have expanded our printing machinery with numerous advanced devices, and today the combined value of our equipment exceeds 1 billion Hungarian Forints.
Thanks to this, we offer technological advantages that are unmatched in Hungary.
Our Printing Solutions

Printing up to 350mm wide for roll and self-adhesive labels.
UV inkjet (digital) printing
There has also been tremendous progress in the field of digital printing in recent times, one of which is UV inkjet printing. During printing, the ink is illuminated with a UV lamp and the ink bonds to the substrate under the influence of this light. This is an extremely modern printing technology, one of the huge advantages of which is the outstandingly fast drying time.
Why UV inkjet printing is great and what advantages does it offer?
- low initial cost because no printing form is required;
- there is no need for a die, which also reduces costs;
- very fast implementation;,
- competitive price in case of small quantities;
- It can be printed on almost any surface, from self-adhesive labels to 300 gram cardboard.
Flexo Printing
Flexographic printing is one of the youngest and most dynamically developing branches of rotary relief printing, offering numerous advantages. Its advantages include the possibility of printing on the back and adhesive side at the same time, lamination, cold foiling, and hot stamping. It also provides a high degree of flexibility in terms of ink materials, so it is also possible to use special inks.
Flexo printing can be used to print on a variety of materials, including:
- paper, cardboard
- plastic foils: PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), PET (polyester), PA (polyamide)
- aluminum foils.
Self-adhesive labels are among the products typically produced with flexo printing.
Modern printing presses also offer additional advantages, such as:
- very versatile applicability,
- high printing speed,
- a relatively short setup time for the printing presses, resulting in minimal loss.
We can print up to a width of 280 mm with flexo technology.
Multilayer labels
The result of last years’ development is the 5-page version of the so-called multi-layer label, a product that enables the display of a larger amount of text on a small surface.
We can produce such multilayer labels on our flexo printing machine, where it is possible to place even 3-5 pages.
When might you need such a label?
- When you want to display content in multiple languages, which requires a large area.
- When you need to display long text (e.g. regarding usage).
- When you want to hide some content related to a prize draw.
Thanks to our technological solution, any page can appear in color or black and white, you don’t have to make compromises in terms of appearance.

Offset printing
Offset printing technology is the most common printing method in the world. You can print with it in high quality, but the quality and print quality are significantly affected by the printing press.
With offset printing, it is possible to carry out especially large quantities of printing tasks efficiently and with high quality.
Its advantages are the following:
- consistently high quality printing results,
- the lifespan of the printing plates is high, so they can be reused later for the same prints,
- for high-volume production, a low unit price can be achieved, making it one of the most cost-effective methods for producing high-quality prints in large quantities.
Its disadvantage, however, is that this preparation takes a little longer and the setting up of the printing press is also a more time-consuming process. Furthermore, the technology cannot be applied to all materials.
We can print in a width of 430 mm using offset technology.
Special materials and solutions
Special technological solutions
Special printing
A number of special solutions are possible with our modern machinery.

Serial numbering
There is a possibility to serialize self-adhesive labels after production, which can serve to clearly identify the product, which we can even provide with a unique barcode.

Mirror printing
It usually serves to improve the aesthetic appearance of the back labels. There is a graphic design on both sides of the label, which is separated by a thick layer of white or another colored screen. The inside is visible through the transparent bottle and liquid.

Adhesive-side printing
In the case of paper-based self-adhesive labels, it is possible to print text and graphics in one color on the adhesive side of the base material. This way, the information can be displayed visually without printing a separate back label.
Special technological solutions
Special paints
Modern paints enable extremely diverse designs and information display, which can be particularly useful in certain industries.
Cold and hot foil gold
A special printing process that will make your label even more unique and distinguished.
Temperature-responsive paint
There are several special paints that react to temperature changes (10°C, 31°C, 47°C) with a color change (from dark to lighter color, from colorless to colorful), which is maintained or reverted depending on the need.
They are also excellent for use in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
Fluorescent paint
Highlighted graphic elements are printed with special ink and screen printing; the printed surface “glows” in the dark after being filled with light.
UV resistant paint
The print does not fade even when exposed to intense sunlight.
