Label Printing

Labels generally fall into two main categories, depending on their intended use.

We distinguish between:

• informative or warning labels
• design labels.

The first category includes all labels whose sole purpose is to convey some kind of information. This could be a barcode, a list of ingredients, or an expiration date. What’s important to note is that these labels are typically not part of the product’s design or packaging. Nevertheless, their use is often necessary or even mandatory.

The second category includes design labels. In this case, the label is an integral part of the product packaging—it includes the product brand, key marketing messages, and the product’s composition as well.

What both categories have in common is that the labels are adhesive and are often applied automatically rather than by hand.

We have large experience in both categories and we usually offer the most suitable technological solution for the needs of each type of label.

• We laser-die-cut the printed labels, so there is no need to purchase a die-cut tool.
• We can satisfy the entire range of customer needs on our flexo printing machines (reverse and adhesive side printing, lamination, cold foiling, hot stamping, screen printing, etc.).
• Our unique development is the production of 3-5-page multi-layer labels.
• Thanks to our offset printing machine, we can print self-adhesive labels in roll format and in photo quality.
• On our automatic production line, we produce large quantities of unprinted, thermal labels at very reasonable prices.
• We can also produce self-adhesive labels even in sheet-fed printing (A/3, A/4, A/5, etc.).

What Materials Can We Print Labels On?

We can produce labels on an extremely wide variety of materials, including:

• Paper
• Semi-gloss, coated, matte (vellum) paper,
• Thermal and fluorescent paper,
• Silver and gold metalized laminates,
• Washable paper,
• Antiqued and hot stamped wine label paper

In other words, we can print labels on virtually any type of paper you can imagine.
